We help you win federal work, run the operations behind it, and insure what you have built.
APG Consulting Group is a woman-owned advisory firm in Hollywood, Florida, working with government contractors, growing businesses, and individual policyholders.
Three things we deliver ourselves.
Every engagement below is performed by APG directly — scoped, delivered, and accounted for by the same person you first speak with.
Government Contracting
Registered in SAM but still not winning? We handle registrations, capture planning, proposal support, and contract administration so your pipeline stops depending on luck.
Operations & Systems Consulting
Is growth outrunning your process? We map how work actually moves through your business, then put the systems, documentation, and reporting in place to keep it moving.
Personal Lines Insurance
Not sure your coverage still fits your life? I am a licensed producer — I write and service auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies myself, so you are never handed to a call center.
A process, not a promise.
Capture & Win
We shape the opportunity before the solicitation drops: registrations current, capability statement sharp, teaming decided, proposal written to the evaluation criteria.
Manage & Comply
Award is the start. We stand up the reporting cadence, subcontract paperwork, and internal controls that keep the contract clean and the customer informed.
Deliver & Account
Milestones documented, invoices defensible, closeout uneventful. Past performance references are available on request.

Why I started APG
I spent years inside federal contracting and insurance watching capable small businesses lose work for reasons that had nothing to do with capability — a lapsed registration, a proposal written to the wrong criteria, a policy nobody had read in six years.
APG exists to close that gap. I take on a small number of clients at a time so the person who scopes the work is the person who does it, and so you can call once and get an answer.
That is what the tagline means. Trusted, because you will hear the honest version. Reliable, because deadlines are the product. Protected, because documentation and coverage are what turn a bad week into a manageable one.
Notes from the work.
Short, practical pieces on contracting deadlines, proposal discipline, and the coverage decisions Florida households get wrong.

Your SAM registration expires quietly. Here is the calendar that prevents it.
Most lost eligibility is administrative, not competitive. A simple ninety-day renewal rhythm keeps your entity active and your bids valid.

Read Section M before Section C: writing to how you will actually be scored.
Evaluation criteria decide the award. Building the compliance matrix first turns a proposal from a narrative exercise into a scoring exercise.

Three coverage gaps we find on almost every Florida homeowners policy.
Replacement cost drift, missing flood, and a liability limit set a decade ago. Each one is inexpensive to fix and expensive to discover late.
Let's talk about your next contract — or your next policy.
One short call is usually enough to know whether we are a fit.
