APG Consulting Group works from Hollywood, Florida with agencies and partners across the country. The practice exists because too many good contracts stall between award and delivery.
From the founder
I started APG because the hard part is never the bid.
I spent years watching capable companies win work they could not staff, and capable small businesses lose work they could have delivered. The gap was never talent. It was coordination, compliance, and someone willing to own the outcome after the award letter arrives.
APG does both halves of that job. We pursue and secure government contracts, and then we assemble the subcontractor teams that fulfill them. Agencies get a single accountable partner. Small businesses get a way into federal, state, and local work without building a capture team from scratch.
I am also a licensed insurance agent in Florida. Personal lines policies for Florida households are written and serviced by me directly. It is a different discipline from contracting, and it is held to the same standard: you should always know who is responsible for your file.

We bid what we can deliver
A win we cannot staff is a liability for the agency and for us. If the delivery team is not credible, we do not pursue the solicitation.
Compliance is not a phase
Registrations, certifications, reporting, and documentation are maintained continuously so an audit request never becomes a scramble.
Partners are vetted, not listed
Every subcontractor is checked against the scope they will actually perform before they are put in front of a contracting officer.

Referred, not performed
Real estate advisory and commercial insurance requests come up regularly. We do not perform that work. We refer those clients to specialists we trust and stay out of the transaction, so you are never paying for a hand-off dressed up as a service.
