APG Consulting Group

Past performance

What our engagements look like in practice.

Contract-specific past performance is shared on request, with client permission. What follows is how the work is structured and what an agency or partner should expect from us.

Engagement types

Three shapes most of our work takes.

Type 01

Agency-side delivery

An agency has a requirement and limited internal capacity to manage a multi-vendor team. APG pursues the award, staffs it with vetted subcontractors, and owns performance reporting through closeout.

What the agency sees

  • One contract, one invoice stream
  • Named owner for every deliverable
  • Documentation ready before it is asked for

Type 02

Prime and subcontractor build

A solicitation requires capability across trades or disciplines no single firm covers. We assemble the team during capture so the response reflects a delivery plan rather than an intention.

What the team sees

  • Scope allocated before submission
  • Verified registrations and coverage
  • Payment terms agreed in writing up front

Type 03

Small business entry

A capable small business wants federal, state, or local work but has no capture function. We bring them onto a defined portion of scope and handle the administrative interface with the buyer.

What the partner sees

  • Clear line items and deliverables
  • Registration and NAICS guidance
  • Past performance record they can reuse

Capability profile

What we are set up to handle.

A capability statement with registration details, NAICS codes, and contract-specific references is available on request.

  • Federal solicitations
  • State and county procurement
  • Municipal contracts
  • Teaming agreements
  • Subcontractor onboarding
  • Compliance documentation
  • Performance reporting
  • Closeout packages

Before and after

The difference is usually visible in week one.

Before APG

  • Subcontractors sourced after award, under schedule pressure
  • Scope gaps discovered during performance
  • Reporting assembled from several inboxes
  • Registrations and certifications checked when a problem surfaces
  • Contracting officer chasing four separate parties

With APG

  • Delivery team committed before submission
  • Scope allocated line item by line item
  • One consolidated report on a fixed cadence
  • Compliance records maintained continuously
  • One accountable point of contact
